The Sustainable Investments Institute (Si2) provides impartial information to investors and the public about politicized public policy issues and public companies. Si2’s comprehensive database captures the company-connected political giving (“company-connected political giving” includes both direct contributions from the company itself and company affiliated-PAC spending) of all Fortune 250 companies.

The database starts with the 2019-20 election cycle, for which some contributions began years earlier. Giving patterns are particularly partisan in the South and Midwest, where reproductive health care faces growing restrictions. Data on spending supplied by OpenSecrets.
